  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Germany (DE)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location,

  • selected shipping method,

  • and the weight/size of the items purchased.

Any available free-shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • your tracking number,

  • the carrier used,

  • and a link to track your package in real time.

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (US Only)

For US customers, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges:

  • are not included in the product or shipping costs,

  • are the responsibility of the customer,

  • and vary by state and federal regulations.


7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier:

  • the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees,

  • and the package may be returned to us.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before confirming your order.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
    We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
